How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping fee of $100 or more is free for international shipments.$100 For your orders below, the shipping fee varies according to the Size/Weight ratio of the product and is indicated on the website and charged.There is no need to charge extra shipping to the incoming shipping company.
Is there payment at the door, what is the service fee?
Please note that payment at the door is not valid for international orders.The surcharge that cargo companies pay to us for paid orders at the Door in Turkey is reflected to the customer.In addition, this service fee is shown in your order amount.For paid orders at the door, it can only be sent in agreement with Speed Cargo.In different shipping company options, paid orders cannot be placed at the door.
How can i order?
After completing your membership procedures, you can add the product / products you want to purchase to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button and complete your purchase, you can select the product / products you want with the quick membership and enter your Invoice and Address Information and complete your purchase safely with the options "TRANSFER / EFT", "PAYMENT AT THE DOOR", "CREDIT CARD".(Note: There is no payment service and credit card installment service at the Door for international shipments.)
In addition, you can place an order by typing in our Whatsapp Order and Information Center ( 90 533 033 97 18).Whatsapp Order and Information Center provides a return to your questions and problems between 09:00 and 17:00 (With Correspondence Only) during working days.
When does my Cargo / Order arrive?
Usually, cargo deliveries are made within the first business day after they are reflected in our order panel.Delivery by cargo is made to your address within an average of 3 working days in Turkey, within an average of 7 working days for overseas shipments (varies according to the peak periods of cargo companies).
How do I track my cargo? Where is my cargo / order?
You can follow your cargo by clicking the Where is My Cargo button in My Account / Orders section.You can also follow your cargo in detail through the tracking code that comes to your e-mail address.
What are payment methods?
Remit, (Payment at the Door in Turkey), Credit Card; you can pay by any method.
You can pay securely via iyzico Virtual pos with Credit Card payment methods.
For payments made with payment at the door, the payment price is reflected at the Door by the cargo company according to the price of the order and this price is shown to you in your order.
For payments made by wire transfer, your order is taken into the preparation process after the payment confirmation is made.
